Customer service for eShopSync will go above and beyond to ensure integration. This app seems to be the only one of its kind, providing direct integration into Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The app allows you create Data Extensions directly from your future order data. We were able to connect multiple store fronts to our single Salesforce account.

Their support team was quick to fix some issues that we had. The app itself could provide a bit more functionality, but I'm sure this can be done at request. Our data has been successfully posting to our Marketing Cloud and look forward to continue using this app.

We needed a solution to integrate Shopify with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and this app offered an easily solution. We encountered issues, reached out to the App Vendor for support and they worked tireless to diagnose our problem and resolved our issues before launch. The customer service provided by Arundhati was phenomenal. We decided to use this app because it is the most straight forward, simple way to connect Shopify and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The app development team assisted with installation of the app in Shopify as well as connecting to marketing cloud. Arundhati was incredibly responsive and quickly fixed a few issues that occured. To be fully transparent, the abandoned cart data does not automatically sync from Shopify to SFMC, it must be pushed manually. Additionally, the data captured from Shopify to SFMC through the app is somewhat limited, but the app developer has proven that customization is available quickly for at a very reasonable additional cost. It is new, but you can count on awesome customer service if something doesn't work correctly.
