Wij zijn heel erg tevreden over de werking van de app en ook over de service en prettige communicatie met het team van Massy. Om de app voor onze webshop volledig aan onze wensen te laten voldoen, hadden wij een paar vragen aan Massy hoe we dit konden doen. Er werd direct aangeboden om ons te helpen en inmiddels zijn al onze wensen in de App aangebracht. Niets was teveel, iedere vraag werd steeds vakkundig en snel opgepakt. Wij zijn heel blij met het resultaat, de App en de samenwerking met Massy. Ik wil Brad en Peony bedanken voor al hun geduld, de snelle support en de zeer vriendelijke communicatie.
The support is excellent – very fast and super helpful. Issues are solved immediately without long waiting times. A big thank you to Brad, who helped me incredibly quickly! The app is also very clear, easy to use, and works perfectly. Highly recommended!

It's the best app I've found so far for displaying scaled prices. The Massy team offers really good support! They take care of all your needs and found a solution right away. Very quick responses. Thank you very much for this great support!

Great app, really good support team especially PEONY and MACIE, they did solve my issue in a very efficient way. I recommend using this app
This is a great app for B2B pricing or any kind of special discounts. It is really easy to use & setup was so simple. I did have 2 problems with the way the discount displayed on my theme but I contacted support & they fixed both of the issues right away. Both Grace & Brad from support were very helpful & nice. If you are looking for an app to help with B2B pricing or any kind of special pricing I highly recommend this app.

This app is awesome, we are a new business and have struggled to find a wholesale solution to meet our needs. The customer service is fast and responsive, Grace was amazing! She was able to follow the conversation, understand my needs, and went a step further and jumped on a call to ensure there were no miscommunications. That alone deserves 5 stars! Think about it, how many times have you experienced the nightmare of miscommunication with chat? She also has a great command of the English language. I highly recommend this app.
