I ran with a small problem (the rules I already set for my Shopify didn't show) I messaged the CS team and they were a charm! 5-star all day long Literally they solved the problem within 10 minutes and Macie definitely was the MVP, she understood my need and passed on the proper feedback/info to the Dev Team!

Excellent app! Does everything I need: Set up volume discounts with multiple price breaks; Apply discounts to specific Collections or Products; Show price break tables on product pages; Live-update prices as customer increases quantity; Does not rely on creating complicated bundles. Absolutely outstanding support. Macie was super responsive to my questions, and when I pointed out a minor pricing display error, the devs fixed it on their backend within MINUTES! Tip: Massy overrides the styling of the Price blocks with its own settings for products that have Custom Pricing OR Volume Discount. The styling can be adjusted in Wholesale Pricing → Custom Pricing → Customization.

Massy is a very powerful app for managing B2B pricing and discounts on Shopify. It’s flexible and allows you to handle complex pricing logic that would otherwise be very hard to manage natively. The team is responsive and open to feedback, and they genuinely try to help find workarounds even in non standard setups. In my case, the solution wasn’t the cleanest from a technical point of view, but it works well and allowed me to move forward. Definitely a solid tool if you run a B2B or hybrid B2B/B2C store and need advanced pricing control.

Exactly what I was looking for in a B2B pricing app. Really easy to set up products and registration. Lots of options that can be customized. Support is very responsive, quick and super helpful!

The app helps us a lot in setting up selling features for both DTC and BTB customers without hassle! The support team and supporter MACIE are incredibly helpful, replies quickly, and always helps me solve my issues within 1 hour! I wish I could give 6-stars!

The app has added some needed features for our shop, and has proven to be very beneficial. It's been a game changer with the features it offers. Definitely worth the addition. Excellent support & great team to work with! I’ve had a really positive experience with this app, especially because of the amazing support team. Macie, Peony, and Brad have been incredibly helpful in every situation where I faced issues. They were always polite, patient, and very professional in their communication. I requested some specific changes to better fit my workflow. The team quickly implemented one of my requests, and the other one has been added to their feature request list for a future update. I'm loving the app so far. It's been easy to set up - user friendly. Clearer than a couple of other wholesale apps I have tried first for sure. I did have a small issue whilst setting up as I didn't understand a setting and customer service was very helpful in a timely way sorting it out for me - thank you to Hana, Brad and Macie. Massy is the best wholesale app. It has a lot of functions for B2B stores. I’ve used several discount apps, but this one is the best, and their customer service is fantastic. Don’t waste time looking for other apps.

Installata e configurata in pochissimo tempo. Molto intuitiva e funzioni molto interessanti e complete. Non ne ho ancora testate tutte le potenzialità ma per il momento sembra perfetta per la mia attività. Il form di registrazione è veramente comodissimo. Anche se non disponibile in italiano non ho fatto fatica a renderla ben compatibile con il mio shop.
