The features and support team behind Massy is incredible. The response time is uncommonly fast. The B2B features work flawlessly and any customization is welcomed by the support team. Macie, my main point of contact in support, is wonderful to work with. She knows the Massy app inside and out and has helped me out immensely. The Dev team updated my website within minutes of my support ticket and absolutely perfected my request the first try. 10/10

I'm always wary of 5 star reviews - are they real?? Well I can categorically say that yes, in our experience this plug-in utterly warrants 5 stars. As other reviews state, we did need a bit of assistance getting the app up and running, but the help we received (especially from Irene and Macie - they are both absolute stars!!) was second to none, and we were soon in action. Absolutely can recommend this to anyone looking to manage B2B pricing on their Shopify site, the customisation for sign-up forms and pricing is brilliant. Cannot recommend enough!!

This App has worked well for us. As is often the case we needed a little help integrating it and Macie gave us fast support and we were able to complete the configuration easily after that. Highly recommended.

This app is great! It works exactly as needed. For my theme, it didn’t work at first and I didn’t fully understand why, but after contacting support they fixed everything from their side and I got exactly what I needed. Huge appreciation to Macie and Brad for the amazing support and quick help. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This app is 10/10. Highly recommended!

This is the app Ive been looking for! Seamless integration, perfect functionality and when I wasnt seeing settings which were really just in front of me Peony was there to guide me through everything!

Its early days so far but set up of the app was actually easier than I thought it would be. Support from Macie was really good too. She answered any question promptly and gave me that third set of eyes to go over it all and ensure all my settings were as they should be. She was very easy to work with. Hoping that now the settings are all A1 the app should run smoothly in the background. Its a great contender to the Clay app and I am very happy that I chose Masy to work in our store

This app has been awesome for keeping my wholesale and DTC orders organized from the same place. And if I ever needed help they sorted me out quickly. It's great to have your B2B customers just log in and place orders on their own and then you can fulfill them like a normal retail order. Thanks Massy team!

L'Assistenza è attenta e veloce, in particolare Peony e Macie :) Purtroppo ci sono diversi aspetti da migliorare, come il tasto Paga Dopo, perchè permette di bypassare comunque il carrello e andare al checkout. Nel complesso è bella.

I tried another wholesale app before, but it kept crashing and was tough to set up. Massy B2B worked perfectly right away — my store was up and running within minutes! I have a smaller shop with about 110 products, so finding an affordable wholesale app that works well has been a challenge. This one exceeded expectations. Highly recommend it!

It took little over 24 hours for Massy team (shoutout to PEONY & BRAD) to resolve a theme issue for me that could cause hours and hours of extra work! not to mention having to change the theme (layout at leats) find new apps, do the setup all over again. Massy team managed to find the issue, contacted another app developer that collided with their settings and resolved it all for me. Thank you so much!
