I was looking for an app for my wholesale store, something simple and, if possible, affordable. I found both! The app is very easy to use, and on top of that, it’s free!! I did run into a few issues during the initial setup, but the support from Brad and Peony was absolutely exceptional. They helped me every step of the way until everything was fully resolved. They were both very friendly and professional. When you’re starting with a new app, it’s incredibly important to know that you can reach out to support at any time and receive real help. Irene is Awesome! Installed the app tonight and started working on the set up when I ran into a question about the log in process. Irene responded, late at night, to all my questions and provided the answers and direction I needed. My experience with Massy has been excellent. 5 Stars!

10/10 for customer service. I had a little trouble installing the app due to my theme however, the team (Brad, Peony & Irene) and was very helpful. They had me up and running in less than 24 hours.

Massy is great in terms of adding easy contact forms, setting up the email notifications, pricing variations, and customizing all of that too. It made a complex task of "connecting the dots" into a very easy process. Customer support has been fantastic! So far it's great. I was looking for a simple option to integrate wholesale and unique pricing and this worked perfectly. At first, the pricing didn't display correctly, but I sent a chat message and within hours they asked to be added as a Collaborator, went into the account to see what needed to be updated, and made the change within 24 hours. Pretty amazing development team!
