This plugin cannot retrieve the new shipping template I created, and after purchasing the Plan, only partial success was achieved when importing via CSV
Sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. After reviewing your account, the import failures were caused by an invalid API session, which can occur if the app is installed and uninstalled multiple times in a short period. This prevented Shopify delivery zones and methods from updating correctly. The issue is recoverable and would be resolved on reinstall. We reached out after the app was uninstalled to help, but didn’t receive a response. Sorry to hear you ran into trouble. I wasn’t able to see any errors on our side, and since the app was uninstalled, I can’t check further as Shopify requires us to remove store data. If you’d like to give it another try, I’d be happy to personally help you get set up and make sure everything works as expected.
