from stand of view as business this team customer support is really bad no response , very quick on requesting a review but support is just not there. I would not recommend this app just for the poorly managed support.
The app with a fatal bug - the "Frequet Buy Together" - even I checked the box "select all FBT products to get the discount", the discount items could still be purchased without the main item. I raised this issue to the customer service and they asked me to try other bundle app!
Not only did they switch to a paid setup right before Black Friday, but their app also can't handle customers who add more products to their cart after making a bundle. One day into our Black Friday sale and I've had to deal with more unhappy customers than I deal with in a month. Genuinely wish I could get my money back from this.

It was a free app and suddenly became a paid service. I don't see a problem for new customers, but they've blocked the app for existing users to force us to upgrade to a paid plan. Despite requesting to stop receiving updates and support, which I don't need anyway, they refuse to unblock the app I downloaded. I spent time setting everything up three days ago, only to be held hostage by an app that has locked all my access to force me to pay...
DO not use this app have lots many setup issue also team is not supportive

Asked me to post feedback to make the feature working. Post which I found a bug in the app, it shows direct add to cart button even for bundled product, and without adding the parent product, it adds and creates cart for discounted child product. Horrible.
