This is a very useful app, I've tried a few and this one is the least complicated out of all of them. We've had a few teething problems but the support has been helpful and prompt which is super useful when you're trying to deliver a live site.

We are very disappointed with the app and the support. We really wanted to use the app since there are no alternatives, but it didn´t work correct: Prices were calculated wrong. We use a base price + a price per sqm. The base price was not calculated in countless orders. This causes a lose of hundreds of euros. The support was not very helpful. We even paid a fee for theme-customization when we started using the app. In the end we were promised to get a small part of this fee back, unfortunately we never got this money. All in all, the whole case was very time consuming and annoying.

Extendons price calculator app is very easy to set up, you can set up simple or very complex rates for all different kinds of products. We are very happy with the plugin and support when things needed tweaking

We have been using this app since 2019! Recently we updated to Shopify 2.0 and started using a upload app for our customers. There was conflict between the upload app and Measurements. After contacting them, they jumped right on it. Every company can boast about how great their app and it's functionality are when they want you to purchase it. Not many do a great job "when there is a problem." The behind the Measurement Price Calculator team did a good job for me and I appreciate it.

The key for me is tech support after purchase. This is what always makes or breaks Apps for me. And so far, this one is great. They reply within a day and seem to want to get me what I need. So far so good! Thanks!

I have literally emailed them multiple times with no reply. The app shows all of it's administrative codes on your store. It also has no way to show sizing before adding to cart. I have lost countless sales due to this app and paid hundreds of dollars with no response from the developer. We sell high end wall paper and the app only shows the price per square ft, it's does specify square foot only 19.99 which is grossly different from out standard pricing on precut murals. It's deceptive and stagnant. I have lost over 2500.

We have also provided all the screenshots of our communication with your developer in the email. We have tried our best to know about your loss that you have mentioned in your feedback but unfortunately you did not provide us any detail about it. The functionality you mentioned does not exist in our app and we have not claimed that functionality in our app listing and documentation as well. We have tried our best to accommodate you about your issues and changes but sadly, you did not provide proper details about your issues and desired functionality. We believe that there was a lack of communication between you and your developer that lead us to end up with no solution. Thank you.

Always having trouble with it. No change of surface customization or to change the look of it. Also very slow and sometimes it takes a couple of second until the product is in the shopping back. I probably have to hire someone to create a unique one (created by a developer) for my store. UPDATE: I know there are a lot of people out that that needed or need a measurement calculator that works really well. After all I delete it and I payed way less for a unique one in my store. Sorry but wouldn't recommend it. Going down from 3 Stars to 2.

Never heard back from support in 5 days despite multiple follow ups in which time the free trial ended so we were charged for the month. Reviews about great response time and support seem fake. Don't waste your money and time on this app.

This app works great and customer support was incredibly responsive and helpful. I didn't need the pricing chart shown on the purchasing page. My customers really only care about final price after entering in their W x D. In a matter of minutes customer support made that chart not visible to my customers and it just makes everything look cleaner and there will now be no more questions on what the chart means. I'm very pleased with the app and the service.

This app seems stable, the admin interface is easy to use and responsive, but it falls frustrating short of our requirements because — as others have pointed out — it doesn't offer support for variants. The developer asked me to update my review in light of the fact that they do state in the description that this app doesn't support variants. I've revised my rating to 4 stars as I appreciate how important reviews are for small developers on the app store. But the fact remains; the app doesn't support variants, and the monthly fee is inexplicably high given the very limited feature set, so my honest review remains 3 stars. The developer has however kindly pointed us in the direction of another app which does what we require plus much, much more ... for a price not that dissimilar to this app. In summary: a useful app for basic stores. Not for more demanding power users, despite a price tag which may suggest otherwise! But thank you to Extendons for their support, and honesty in recommending a competing app.

The app works well but it needs some improvements such as the ability to add variants to products. It’s the best app of its kind at the moment in term of how it’s integrated and customer service. Very close to being perfect.
