Such a great app! Filled a big gap for us and enabled us to automate a lot of tasks and business logic without the hassle of managing our own private apps.

Love that this one app helps add functionality to our store that we'd otherwise have to pay for multiple apps to accomplish. An extensive task library helps to get things started and is a very useful guide and reference. Customer service is helpful and quick to respond. What else could I ask for?

I am more than impressed with each automation in Mechanic. If there is an automation that is a little beyond your ability, the community and support are there to help you along the way.

This has really opened up a world of possibilities for me as a dev. Any store with an in-house developer or any Plus store that leverages flows should 100% have Mechanic on hand. They have great documentation, amazing support and a phenomenal community too. I've been working on Shopify stores for 5+ years and I've never had a better app support experience.

Amazing app that's got a great library. As a small store owner it's helped with some small but important tasks. I'd imagine if I knew more about coding the possibilities would be endless.

All to often, Shopify App Developers fall short on customer service, especially post-sale. Matt at Mechanic was absolutely amazing during my set up and helped me understand the development process. This app is super helpful, filling all the holes left open by shopify. Basic things that you think you should be able to do easily, but can't on shopify, Mechanic has a task for that.

Solid app that does what it's supposed to. And the team has been very responsive anytime something needs tweaking and I don't know how. Good stuff!

I don't think you could find 2 people that have a bad a word to say about Mechanic. We are in the process of launching another store and Mechanic was one of the first apps we installed. I think it's a must have for any Shopify store at any level. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination. Simply the best app of its kind we have found. There are 300+ premade templates which cover a ton of what you may need to do, and a community to write custom ones for you if you cannot code yourself (Like us) Highly recommended.

Probably the most powerful app on Shopify. Mechanic is a tremendously amazing workflow automation app that we can't live without. It allows for all sorts of tasks (e.g. Tag an order if a discount code is used, send out a discount code if an order contains X, change a fulfillment location based on customer address). There are templated tasks that are also infinitely customizable for your needs. On top of that, there's an incredible Slack community to support it, with super fast response times and contractors who can help develop tasks for your shop at very good prices (+1 Brad as well). Thanks Mechanic for being so amazing.

Simply brilliant. Extremely powerful, great support and a very good network of developers to create custom tasks (I highly recommend Brad - he was superb). I'm looking forward to what we create for our next task.

Absolutely loving your service so far — an excellent all-in-one platform that extends standard Shopify functionality. It comes with 100+ templates which help complete various tasks: from automatically emailing customers with invite to create an account, to auto-tagging orders and customers. And you can freely modify/customise these or write your own tasks using Liquid code. There's a good documentation and code versioning available too — what not to like. Big thanks Isaac and team! I'm able to close 500 customer service tickets a day thanks to Mechanic. API sync issue with an app? Trigger an email. Need to send with personalized info in 500 emails to customers that meet a criteria ? Tag the orders and automate it with Mechanic. The possibilities are endless.

Best documentation and support for any app I use. their model is about helping us co-create the tools we need, which I think is much better than the "black box" some app creators seems to want to create.
