During the trial phase, they were able to resolve our issues promptly and professionally, and the features were very comprehensive, which led me to choose Meety's service after comparing several vendors! Especially with Macie, her patience and speed were truly commendable, and most importantly, the problem was solved!

This app is very close to what I’ve been looking for, and I’m still exploring all of its features. The app works perfectly and integration with the Shopify flow app is great, so we can send over booking details to our CRM. The Meety support team have been fantastic, helping me with set-up and even made tweaks to some of their Flow app variables to make them more readable etc. In particular, Peony, Macie, Brad, and Irene have all been great.
