Great app for clients to book appointments. I have used the help chat a few times and Katie and Brad are super helpful. I needed to rebrand and had lots of questions on how to update the app with my new shop name etc. They responded quickly and were very patient.

App worked very well. The service team went above and beyond in helping with coding issues when there was a conflict between apps. Brad, Katie & Anna were responsive around the clock, and gave me confidence to fully commit to the paid version

J'ai recherché plusieurs application de réservation mais Meety est la seule qui a su répondre exactement à tout ce que je cherchais surtout au niveau du paiement et des liens de rencontre en visioconférence. Leur équipe est aussi extrêmement patiente et bienveillante, ils prennent toujours le temps d'expliquer et d'imager les choses tout en nous rassurant sur d'autres. Un vrai service client de qualité ! I've been using Meety for over a year and they are so quick to respond. Love this service! It's easy to set up and understand as well. Grace helped me out super fast this evening and I appreciate it very much.

Love it so far! You can have both scheduled appointments and event tickets. Ive tried 8 different booking systems until i found this one which meets my needs perfectly. Booking appoints of different activities but with one room Event tickets Takes deposits Shows with a calendar view. LOVE IT

Customer support did everything quick and easy for me, so I am totally happy. PEONY, MARY & GRACE — all girls were polite, smart and supportive. The App itself is pretty functional, I am happy with it so far.

We use Meety to manage bookings for our Japanese sewing classes and workshops, and it has been very helpful, especially for managing multiple services with shared capacity. Since our booking setup is a little complex, we have contacted the support team several times while setting up and adjusting the system. Every time, they have been patient, responsive, and very helpful. A special thank you to Brad, Peony, Grace, Mary, Anna, and Macie, who have all supported us at different stages. Even when our questions were quite specific, they took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve and provided clear explanations, screenshots, and practical solutions. What I particularly appreciate is that they don't just solve the immediate problem — they also explain how the settings work, so we can manage the system ourselves in the future. Meety is a very useful booking app, but the quality of the support team makes it even better. Thank you to everyone who has helped us!
