It covers a wide range of reservation system needs. And it's reasonably priced！ Even during the free trial, they consistently responded to my questions with courtesy and speed. Très bonne application appréciable qu'elle soit traduite en français, cela permet de gagner du temps ! J'ai eu l'aide de Brad pour plusieurs sujets, qui m'ont beaucoup aidé et rapidement. L'application est très simple à mettre en place, j'ai vraiment toutes les options dont j'ai besoin pour la réservation de mes ateliers. Je recommande !

During the trial phase, they were able to resolve our issues promptly and professionally, and the features were very comprehensive, which led me to choose Meety's service after comparing several vendors! This app is very close to what I’ve been looking for, and I’m still exploring all of its features. What really stands out so far is the customer service, every time I’ve reached out, the team has been extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. The app works perfectly and integration with the Shopify flow app is great, so we can send over booking details to our CRM. The Meety support team have been fantastic, helping me with set-up and even made tweaks to some of their Flow app variables to make them more readable etc. In particular, Peony, Macie, Brad, and Irene have all been great.

We were looking for a flexible booking app that integrates with our Shopify website. We have relatively complex bookings for a cellar door with food addons plus events. The setup process was easy and the support has been excellent. We are only at the start of our journey but I am delighted with it so far.

To offer free counseling that leads to product sales on our own site, we decided to set up a booking system in 15-minute intervals. While looking for a good app, we found and installed meety-appointment-booking, but the customization was a bit difficult to figure out. However, with the help of their chat support, we were able to resolve everything and ended up with a very user-friendly booking system. It took a little time, but the support was very patient and helpful. I’m especially grateful to Peony, who assisted me throughout the process. Thank you so much!
