I had an excellent experience with Grace’s support! She set up everything for me and walked me through each step she took. Grace also provided valuable feedback and suggested ways to create a more cohesive look for the website. I’m very pleased with the support—highly recommend!

So glad I found Meety, since it provided all the options we needed for our new tour booking service. And when I encountered problems during the settings, the Meety support & dev team went right into action and even made adjustments for us so that the app would work with the theme we're using, as well as making custom adjustments! We are really grateful for their amazing support, and I can only recommend to get in touch with them if you have questions or encounter any problems. Thanks again so much Meety-team!

So far setting up this app has been seamless and the one small hiccup I ran into, the live chat attendant was instantly there to help and it took a couple minutes to troubleshoot!

Meetys team really does help out instantly. It feels that they are trying to solve the problems for customers benefit. It is quite new app, so everything is not working perfectly, but they do work hard to make Meety better every day. Thank you! We've been using Meety for a Month now and adding services all the time. I had tried three different Apps in one day and uninstalled the 1st two due to poor customer service and a possible language translation barrier. The first representative helped a little, but I am glad I stuck with it. After some time, the first representative transitioned from work, and I was blessed to get Grace. I was exhausted from chatting with so many people, not just Meety. I let her know I was tired. I had been working on this for a while and was tired of installing testing, and uninstalling apps. She assured me that she would do whatever she could to help me, and she did. She set up the app in a way that would meet my unique booking needs. She was accommodating and patient and asked thorough questions to ensure she was setting it up how I needed it for my business. Grateful for Grace!

I have been using Meety since it was founded and published. The app is self-explanatory, but you can get a bit confused with many services and employees. However, the app also offers a very good solution for this, so that even complicated bookings and solutions can be offered step by step. The service is there for you and responds very quickly and confidently to any questions you may have. i really like using this app and it helps me a lot to adapt my store to the needs of my customers.
