Some good points, particularly as currently a free service but after a couple of weeks having it installed too many inconveniences for me. Customer service great but for me often a time delay as am in the UK so not always a quick problem solve. Challenges I had were time zones (the auto booking email said one time but the calendar attachment in the customer email said +1 hour), this couldn't be resolved fully without each customer changing their Google calendar settings so had to remove the attachment from email to eliminate confusion. It couldn't be set so that all staff could see the calendar when integrated with google (they could only see their own bookings) so when everyone needs to see how busy or not another person is, or if room to add additional appointments, they couldn't. I couldn't get it to create a customer in Shopify POS which meant duplicating information gathering for new customers. Today when adding manual bookings to the calendar names were being replaced on future bookings, meaning I can't identify who that booking is for until they arrive! Edit: The app has contacted me to resolve issues but I have since changed provider. Lots of good points with this app just didn't fully work for me and the way my business operates.
