Great app! Meety Appointment Booking made it incredibly easy to set up appointment scheduling on our site with an embedded calendar. The interface is clean and super simple to use, even for non-tech folks. What really stood out was their support team — fast, friendly, and very helpful. We needed a few custom tweaks, and they handled everything quickly without any hassle. A big shoutout to HANA for her amazing support — she went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly. So far, we liked this app.

BEST APP EVER!!! Customer service set everything up for me and made my experience even better. No difficulties, please just contact customer support and tell them what exactly you need and want and they will do everything on your behalf without the headache. Questa è senza dubbio la migliore app per gestire appuntamenti su Shopify! Completa, ricca di funzionalità utilissime e ben studiate: permette di personalizzare ogni aspetto delle prenotazioni in modo semplice e veloce, coprendo praticamente qualsiasi esigenza. La cosa che fa davvero la differenza è l’assistenza: rapidissima, gentile, estremamente precisa e sempre pronta a risolvere qualsiasi dubbio con grande disponibilità. A me hanno seguito Macie, Peony e Brad, un supporto così è raro da trovare e dà enorme tranquillità nell’usare la piattaforma. Consigliatissima a chi cerca una soluzione completa, solida e con un team davvero competente alle spalle.

We no longer have a use for the app, as we made changes to our physical store and do not have rooms available for rent anymore. However, we should say that the app was perfect, and the service provided was fantastic. We highly recommend Meety for any and all scheduling needs!

This app is very user-friendly and convenient, covering basically all the functions I need. On top of that, the excellent support from customer service representative GRACE is truly the icing on the cake. GRACE’s service is absolutely amazing! She provides very detailed answers, responds quickly, and resolves all issues effortlessly, offering great peace of mind. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire communication process very enjoyable. Additionally, the app also offers a Chinese interface, making it an outstanding app!

This app has some really good functionality for basic 1:1 bookings using only one calendar. They have options for alerts, notifications, etc., which is great. The team is responsive, but I have lost thousands of dollars on Meety's total code failures for my events. They have gradually rectified some of the bugs and are responsive, but the loss is the same. I will update if things become stable for events and adjust my review accordingly.

Macie was great to work with! Helped get me up and running with a lot of edge cases I had. I prefer this app to some of the other booking apps on Shopify as it allows for non-traditional time slots in a much simpler way.
