We no longer have a use for the app, as we made changes to our physical store and do not have rooms available for rent anymore. However, we should say that the app was perfect, and the service provided was fantastic. We highly recommend Meety for any and all scheduling needs!

This app is very user-friendly and convenient, covering basically all the functions I need. On top of that, the excellent support from customer service representative GRACE is truly the icing on the cake. GRACE’s service is absolutely amazing! She provides very detailed answers, responds quickly, and resolves all issues effortlessly, offering great peace of mind. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire communication process very enjoyable. Additionally, the app also offers a Chinese interface, making it an outstanding app!

This app has some really good functionality for basic 1:1 bookings using only one calendar. They have options for alerts, notifications, etc., which is great. The team is responsive, but I have lost thousands of dollars on Meety's total code failures for my events. They have gradually rectified some of the bugs and are responsive, but the loss is the same. I will update if things become stable for events and adjust my review accordingly.

Macie was great to work with! Helped get me up and running with a lot of edge cases I had. I prefer this app to some of the other booking apps on Shopify as it allows for non-traditional time slots in a much simpler way.

Easy to use, intuitive, and great support! Meety is one of the most user-friendly booking systems I’ve tried on Shopify. The interface is incredibly intuitive – everything just makes sense right away. The pricing is also very reasonable, especially considering the features it offers. I’d like to highlight their customer support – a huge thank you to Hana for her responsiveness! She quickly understood my situation and helped me find the right solution. This app is easy to use and the customer support is great. I had a question and opened an online chat. I did not have to wait long at all for a support person to come online. I had a number of questions, and asked how certain things were done. The support person answered all my questions and shared screenshots to show me how i could make future changes on my own.

very good support team, they have a great free plan too, we are just getting into booking services so we weren't sure about paying for something just yet. hoping it goes well for us, but we will certainly keep using this app!

Great little app. A must have if you need to be able to schedule bookings for things like classes, sessions or services as opposed to selling physical products. Easy to use and for the first time today i had a query and my question was answered within a few minutes. 5 starts from us.

It's a really great app for managing reservations. We're a minigolf company and we manage online reservations entirely with this app. They implemented one additional feature that we asked in a very short period which is also great. Shout out to Peony, Macie, Hana & Brad for everyday support! You all have been awesome to us.

I think I downloaded EVERY booking app in Shopify and struggled finding the right one for me. Meety ended up meeting all my needs, and Brad and Peony were incredibly helpful getting it set up for me. I was hesitant to try and contact someone at Meety for help (based on my past experience with other apps where it is SO HARD to find someone to help.) However, Peony and Brad were AWESOME and helped me within minutes. I'm truly grateful, thank you!

Hands down the best booking app I’ve used! I’ve uninstalled so many others because they were not user friendly and frustrating. This one? Super easy and incredibly user-friendly. Customer service is top-notch—Hanna jumped in right away and fixed a tiny issue I thought would take forever… had it working in seconds. I’m already adding the rest of my services to this app. I also love that you can let people book without requiring a deposit—huge plus. Don’t overthink it—just download it. 10/10, no regrets!
