This app is easy to use and the customer support is great. I had a question and opened an online chat. I did not have to wait long at all for a support person to come online. I had a number of questions, and asked how certain things were done. The support person answered all my questions and shared screenshots to show me how i could make future changes on my own.

very good support team, they have a great free plan too, we are just getting into booking services so we weren't sure about paying for something just yet. hoping it goes well for us, but we will certainly keep using this app!

Great little app. A must have if you need to be able to schedule bookings for things like classes, sessions or services as opposed to selling physical products. Easy to use and for the first time today i had a query and my question was answered within a few minutes. 5 starts from us.

It's a really great app for managing reservations. We're a minigolf company and we manage online reservations entirely with this app. They implemented one additional feature that we asked in a very short period which is also great. Shout out to Peony, Macie, Hana & Brad for everyday support! You all have been awesome to us.

I think I downloaded EVERY booking app in Shopify and struggled finding the right one for me. Meety ended up meeting all my needs, and Brad and Peony were incredibly helpful getting it set up for me. I was hesitant to try and contact someone at Meety for help (based on my past experience with other apps where it is SO HARD to find someone to help.) However, Peony and Brad were AWESOME and helped me within minutes. I'm truly grateful, thank you!

Hands down the best booking app I’ve used! I’ve uninstalled so many others because they were not user friendly and frustrating. This one? Super easy and incredibly user-friendly. Customer service is top-notch—Hanna jumped in right away and fixed a tiny issue I thought would take forever… had it working in seconds. I’m already adding the rest of my services to this app. I also love that you can let people book without requiring a deposit—huge plus. Don’t overthink it—just download it. 10/10, no regrets!

Beware - you cannot track conversions with this app. It does not fire google tag or google ads event. Of course you get to know this ONLY you switch your systems and move hundreds of bookings...what a waste of time
