Très bonne application! Aucune difficulté pour l'utilisation au quotidien et son installation. De plus, Macie est une perle! Elle vous aide si vous rencontrez des difficultés. Elle est très professionnelle et réactive à vos demandes. Nous avons cette application depuis mai 2024 et avons rencontré aucun problème. Nous recommandons à 100%

J'ai eu l'aide de Macie aujourd'hui et elle a été efficace et très à l'écoute. J'avais du mal à tout configurer correctement car le fonctionnement de l'app pas le plus "instinctif" mais maintenant j'ai tout compris et c'est parfait ! Alors merci encore à Macie pour son aide et son professionnalisme.

Great App that allows detailed adjustments for full customization. Also, great customer support team. Macie helped us out very fast and resolved the Customer Portal issue right away along with her development team.

Great app that has all the features we were looking for! It has been difficult to find an app that has certain functionalities and so far it seems this app is going to be the best fit! The customer service agents I spoke with were very helpful in answering my questions as I tested app features and got everything set up, and they were very quick to respond as well.

After speaking with representative Hana, I feel much better about the app and was able to change all settings I needed to (and more I didn't even realize I COULD change). Hana was very sweet and extremely helpful! I look forward to seeing how the app continues to work with these changes. :)

He probado todas las aplicaciones de reserva de citas de shopify, desde las gratuitas hasta las de pago. Meety es mi favorita por su calidad/precio en cuanto a funcionalidades. El soporte técnico es realmente eficiente, están disponibles con rapidez y se resuelven los problemas o dudas de manera muy ágil. Aún estoy configurando la app, pero tiene muy buena pinta.

I am really enjoying my experience with Meety. The app is cool because it makes it very easy for customers to book appointments. But more than that is the stellar customer service I've received. All of the Meety agents are super responsive, super helpful, and just a joy and delight to work with. Have just started using the free version of the Meety app, it has been really intuitive to set up but needed some assistance to set only one specific event date, Macie was very helpful in making sure this was set up for me and then went on to offer other changes to the widget to make it more brand aligned for free.

It's a very useful reservation management app. You can customize it by finely configuring it. If you don't understand something, the support staff will explain it to you in detail.

Amazing support staff - so welcoming and solution-oriented. I haven't wasted a single minute with Meety support, because the response is instant, the human support quickly goes into the details of the questions. I was looking for a service booking app and tryed several. Meety turned out to have the widest functionality and the most suitable for my situation abtransfers.lv. And I was very lucky that some things were solved with an individual developer solution. Amazing!!!! 5+ stars

We use this app to book ceramics classes and workshops. It's easy to add services and the interface is clean. Class reminders are sent to students, and there are just enough features for us to be able to get what we need out of the basic service without having to upgrade or feel limited. The Meety team has been so helpful as we get our store up and running, helping to set up our offerings, and twice troubleshooting when we got stuck and needed something fixed quickly.
