This app is amazing! The scrolling announcement bar looks sleek and professional on my store. It really helps grab customers' attention during promotions. Super easy to customize too!

Overall, Mega Animated Announcement Bar gets the job done. I especially like the multi-language support (I run a bilingual store) the announcements switch depending on the visitor’s locale. The only downside is I ran into a bit of trouble choosing solid colors (the gradient control was unintuitive at first), but the developer helped me via support quickly. Would recommend.

this app sucks, why should I only choose gradient
Hi, Thanks for your feedback. The option to choose a gradient is actually designed so you can use both solid colors and gradients. If you'd like a solid color, just select the same color for both sides of the gradient - this will display as a single solid background. All customization options are built inside Shopify's theme extension, and we're limited to the controls Shopify provides. We chose the color_background controller because it supports every scenario in the most reliable way. (https://shopify.dev/docs/storefronts/themes/architecture/settings/input-settings#color_background ) If you'd like, we'd be happy to guide you step by step to set up your announcement bar exactly how you want it. This app is a great tool for adding eye-catching scrolling messages on my store. It’s easy to customize with links, emojis, and multiple languages. The flexible placement options really helped highlight my promotions. It works smoothly with my theme and didn’t slow down my site at all.

The Mega Animated Announcement Bar is a fantastic tool for displaying important messages and announcements on a website. I recently started using it and have been very impressed with its features and capabilities. One of the best aspects is how easy it is to customize the look and feel of the bar. You can choose from a variety of animated styles. I was able to match the animation and color scheme to my site's brand in just a few clicks. Adding announcements or messages is a breeze too. The text editor makes it simple to type in whatever I want displayed. I can add links, format text, and the bar automatically resizes to fit. But what really makes this announcement bar stand out is the exceptional customer support. I had a couple of questions when first setting it up, and the support team was extremely responsive and helpful. They really go above and beyond to make sure you get the most out of the product. 5 stars!
