Thank you for quick responses and help to solve the problem. I was trying to find a platform which would have easy menu edit, the ability to change font, color, size of the menu. It looks good on the site :)

I installed it on Dawn theme 8.0, and doesn't work. I'm not able to add the mega menu to my theme. Does this work with this theme?
Yes, our app is fully tested on the Dawn theme and it's working fine. Maybe there's some special code or feature on your website which is compatible with our app. Therefore, feel free to contact us via the support system inside the app (Click on the Help icon from the left sidebar), and we will check carefully to make sure the app works well on your Shopify store

Die Mitarbeiter des Kundenservice sind wirklich klasse. Mir wurde bei jedem Problem geholfen und ich konnte das Menü somit komplett nach meinen Vorstellungen gestalten. Definitiv eine Empfehlung.

La création de menu en elle-même est plutôt sympathique. En revanche, le service client est inexistant et non compétent. 1 semaine d'attente pour résoudre un problème d'insertion du menu sur notre site. Après plusieurs jours, on nous répond qu'ils sont désolés que vous ayez désinstallé l'application alors que ce n'est pas le cas. Puis après encore un jour ou deux d'attente, on nous dit que tout est ok et en ouvrant notre site on se retrouve avec 2 barres de menu l'une sous l'autre. L'original et la leurs. Désinstallation immédiate. Merci pour le temps perdu.

Fantastic app! Easy to use and install. Easily customisable with lots of drag and drop options. Very responsive customer service that helped me fix an issue quickly. Thank you for creating this app! I highly recommend it!

The overall design looks good and the price is what made me install this App. IMHO, this App is way more complicated than it seems and needs to be. Why just 2 Stars and the uninstall: 2 Stars for the UI, -3 for the UX, the implentation difficulties (where we lost too much time on), as well as the set up and features. I contacted their support because I was unable to properly translate the menu. Their answer was quite short and not helpful at all. According to them I had to contact the developer of the transaltion App (which I did, but even with their help, the problems persisted) I installed the App twice, but finally decided to uninstall it and stop wasting our time on something that clearly isn't meant for our shop (or multi-language shops). I'm using another Mega Menu now that is way easier to use and has integrated translation. It is not free like this one, but it works and support is really really fast and helpful.

Komplexe App, mit der man individuelle Menüs bauen kann. Hilfsbereiter Service. Deutsche Erklärungen wären allerdings hilfreich.

I've been setting up a site and found this mega menu to be easy to use, and when I did have an issue the support was quick and easy to deal with, they fixed my issue within hours. 5 star product, 5 star support

We use this app for our main navigation menu, it was very easy to build and use. We did have a few teething problems but we contacted the app support and after allowing access to our store the developer fixed all issues we were having and got the menu to look how we wanted on our store. This is a great app for free, the free apps from this developer are so good the paid apps they offer must be amazing value for money.

The menu is not reflected directly, but I am very happy because I was looking for this to put contact in another menu and with this app I can do it. It works for me with css code. But it is very easy and you can put it wherever you want. Thank you!!

The app is nice to use but will not publish to the website, despite following the instruction videos closely. The support is as good as non-existent. We have waited 3 days to get help installing the menu, and it's still not sorted out.
Firstly, I'm so sorry for the bad experience you got while using our app. We had 2 days off last weekend, you contacted us for support during that time, so we didn't reply immediately, I'm so sorry for that. On Monday morning, when we came back to work and got your message, we already sent response messages and the support request to access your website but didn't get a reply from you, maybe at that time you already uninstalled our app If you change your mind, feel free to install the app again and we'll assist you if you need any help while using our app Thank you
