At first glance this looks decent. I spent several hours making menus and then my images would all vanish. I would add them back for them only to disappear again. Unusable app.
Hi, Firstly, I'm sorry for the bad experience you got while using our app. Regarding your feedback, the images are not displaying. That's strange. All our other clients who install this app to display images on the menu perfectly I checked all the support channels but didn't get any message or email from you. So we don't have any chance to check the problem. Could you please send us a message? then we will check to find exactly the problem while using our app, then we will support and make sure it can help you to create a menu as you wish

Giang from ETS-Soft provided wicket support! I was getting so upset because I couldn't get the menu to show on my site. This is because I am using an annoying wookie theme(their support is bad..). I contacted the support team from ETS-Soft and Giang got this all sorted under 1 day! I would really recommend going with this App provider. There is nothing better than having a an app plugin that looks great with great support behind it. Honestly feel like popping champagne right now..

I am very happy with the support, Giang helped me everything to setup mainly sticky menu. Drag and drop made me very easy to create tabs.

Totally free, but with great menu function. Technical support team is also very good and solved several problems for me. Although their response speed is a bit slow, it is acceptable.

I just spent over two hours customizing this menu just to find that it does NOT work with 2.0 themes! Please fix!
Hi, I'm sorry for the bad experience you got while using our app. Maybe your theme is a bit special, so that the app doesn't work well on it. Because we're testing carefully and it's working well on 2.0 theme. We already tested on Dawn (It's default 2.0 online store theme developed by Shopify and it's displaying nicely) We have already contacted you for support, and has been waiting for your response

The app is good, fantastic if you consider it's free. It has some minor usability bugs on the creation of the menus, but the support team is there to help and fix it. It's worth trying it.

It's one thing to have a great app, but it means a lot to have a very responsive support. I had issues making the Mega Menu to work with my custom theme but the ETS-Soft team were so kind enough to fix it for me. Great job and more power! Love the Mega Menu so much!

Honestly some of the best customer support I have ever received. They were quick to help and answer all my questions. I ru no n Dawn 2.0 and the menu didn't display correctly but they were quick to sort the problem! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

The worst customer support in the world! I contacted them on Wednesday, today is Saturday ... They write me back a very short answer, i provided them with everything even access to our page!! and we debated about the problem and then they stopped replying.

Hands down the best app. It brought my website from 0 to 100! It looks really professional And the support team is really helpful and fast. I had minor issues and they fixed them asap. def recommend

Do not do it! Your store will perform terribly, with a lot of bugs. Customer service never answers.

We really like this app. It is very easy to use and the layout is great. As some reviews mentioned here, the app has some bugs. For example, the mobile menu was not working properly. However, the support was great. They resolved our issues in just 2 days and now everything works well. The best part is the app is free and does everything needed!

Menu editor is extremely laggy and produces glitchy results. When I was having an issue getting menus to appear in my theme, the team completely ruined my scss "fixing" the issue. I had to rehash my scss from scratch due to this since there is no versioning for assets in Shopify. REALLY BAD support. They cost me days of work on the scss. Unacceptable to delete/edit code without asking first.

This app is everything you need for a large menu and is good when viewing on a mobile app. It is easy to set up and flows good.
