App is very easy to set up, really customisable on the backend. Their service is excellent, it wasn't showing on the front end, they made it show and then spent several hours over the next couple of weeks sorting issues with the rendering, scrolling etc. Really good backup, would recommend. I even offered to pay them for their time, and they said no this is free backup... can't fault them. :)

doesn't work can also be just me, but I also don't get any responses to my emails so not a good app for me

Maybe when you sent the messages to us, it's our offline time (Weekend), so we didn't reply to you immediately. However, when we start working, we already supported and sent you our instruction on how to display the menu, but have no response from you (Maybe it's your offline time as well) Anyway, we're always ready to support you if you need help, just please send us your message or email, then we will answer as soon as possible

I have had some minor issues with this app - just some links that were broken when viewing the mobile and web menu. I am so very impressed with the customer service that I have received. Giang, has been absolutely amazing and was very prompt and resolved my issue immediately. THANK YOU so much!

A good app with no price required. Support team is good. The bad thing is when they update the app and request us to update as well. Once updated, the menu gone, we need to re-do again. And there was no any notification of generate menu. Despite all that their support is support
Hello, thank you so much for using our Mega Menu Pro app. When we update a new version of Mega Menu Pro app, you will not need to update your existing mega menu. The cause for your problem is that you changed the theme of your Shopify store, therefore the mega menu created for the old theme disappeared. When you change the theme of your Shopify store, our app will require you to regenerate the mega menu, and you will receive a notification when access into Mega Menu Pro app. The new updates will not affect your existing mega menu. I hope this answer will help. My best regard.

I was about to hire someone from Fiverr to build me a Mega menu, but found this free app instead. It is easy to use, and has lots of features! There were some technical issues which I didn't know how to fix, but the support team was able to go into my theme's coding, and fix the issues. It works great! Just a little slow at loading in (so my original main menu shows first), but other than that, I'm happy with the app and support so far :)

The description says free, then after installing wants to charge. I have no problem with a developer wanting to charge for their time, but, don't say it's free when it is not. ****Update**** Thank you for responding. Until everything is up to date I cannot give a better review until I am able to test the product. I do look forward to doing so. However, because of the quick response I will add a couple more stars for now.
-------------Update 06/02/2021------------ Finally the Update version is ready which is Free forever for all users. You can re-install the app and start creating your own professional menu ---------------- Firstly, I want to confirm that this app is totally free. However, we are setting up our server to update the new version of this app. On the new version, you can select "Free" plan and continue using this app. At the same time, we also edit the description for Mega Menu Pro app on Shopify app store. The edited description version is now published on Shopify app store and you can see there is a "Free" plan. Unfortunately, our server still needs to configure some options and therefore you could not access the "Free" plan. We will finish all configurations today and the latest version of Mega Menu Pro will be ready to install.

Originally a 2-star, but they've actually worked really hard to fix the issues I've been having for me. I was surprised when they replied back with "We solved the issues. Please help me to check them" thinking it wouldn't have actually worked. But it did! Great job guys!
I'm so sorry for the bad experience you got. We're waiting for an access invitation to start checking directly on the app, fix the bugs that happen, and make sure it will work smoothly.

I have sent multiple emails, also provided access as collaborator. Its over a week, still I am not getting any response. Lost my patience. I am uninstalling this app. Not happy with App as well as support.
I'm so sorry for the bad experience you got while using our app. We are improving the app right now, and when it's ready, we will publish the newest code which makes sure will work smoothly on all Shopify store. The application is well suited for menus that contain many subcategories. There are several layouts to choose from and colors can be changed easily. The support is ok. It sometimes takes a few days until a reaction comes, but that is reasonable, because the help is good and solution oriented

L'application est facile à utilisée et à mettre en place pour un rendu impeccable. J'ai eu à contacter le développeur pour modifier juste un peu l'aspect du mega menu et il a été très réactif et serviable, la demande a été réalisée rapidement. Je recommande.

Had a few issues in the beginning with the app and getting it working correctly but after a few messages we did get the menu working fine. The app its self is very easyto use and allows lots of options which for a free app is great. Only having an issue at the moment now with it working on mobile devices but will update the review again once we get this resolved.

Thanks for the good application. This Drag and drop menu is very nice and helpful. The support is very well and quick, because at the beginning I have an issue but the support solve this for me. They coding a new menu only for my store. The most important think is. It’s very easy to use and you can add favricons. The favricon is very nice.
