We’ve had a very positive experience partnering with Mention Me. The new version of the app was very easy to install - it took minutes and didn’t require the involvement of our dev team. The MentionMe interface is easy to use and has helped us drive incremental value, and be able to report on this easily.

The account management team is exceptional — we work closely with Hannah, who has been outstanding. She is strategic, responsive, and consistently brings thoughtful recommendations that help us optimize performance. From a performance standpoint, Referral (RAF) has become one of our strongest channels. It delivers our lowest CAC, drives truly incremental sales, and builds sustainable momentum over time. The sharing experience is frictionless — no links required — which makes it incredibly easy for customers to participate and advocate for the brand. The dashboard and reporting interface are also excellent: clear, visually intuitive, and easy to navigate.
