The AI support agents handle common questions like "What are your hours?" and "Can I reschedule?" 24/7, which has significantly reduced no-shows and freed up our staff. Beyond the product itself, the founder has personally worked with us to plan and execute booking campaigns to fill slow periods and re-engage past clients.
