Although the product didn't work as I needed, the customer service was exceptional. They tried their best to find a fix for me as I was trying to merge hoodies and t-shirt variants with the same design. I appreciate the time they spent to help.
We are happy that our Customer Service team could help and clarify the confusion regarding your shop’s requirements. It became apparent that you were seeking a solution to create bundles of very different products, whereas Merges is specifically designed to merge variants of the same product. Since our app was not intended for your use case, we issued a full refund for your subscription, and our team even went the extra mile by recommending third-party apps that align with your requirements. We are therefore surprised and somewhat disappointed by the 2-star rating you left, considering you uninstalled the app without using it. This is even more difficult for us to understand, given that you took the time to praise the quality of our Customer Service while acknowledging that your use case differed from what Merges addresses.
