The service offered here is extremely poor. You spend weeks begging for a ticket to be attended to. They don't mind copying and pasting the same response "I don't know, I'll escalate" Thee worst experience getting anything to work and the support people if they even exist, simply have no customer centric attitude.
Awesome support & features, packed with unlimited tools. this is a must to get for any business owner as mainly you are capable to run AI staff on autopilot with few setups , i have been using it since 2023 and the abandoned cart feature increased our revenue by 44%!! in the beginning of our journey with bird it sure does seems overwhelming but once we knew the basics and mapped out our effective journeys. it saves our business from the overly costs agencies
Terrible Support and app doesnt work. The app is not compatible with Shopify as stated you need to setup rules which is not stated before you setup, and the setup is extremely complicated. Complete waste of time. Connected everything and deleted again and got nothing to work. Reached out to support and then advised rules need to be setup etc. Also had a call setup which the guy cancelled without asking me and advised he cant help me. Worst app experience I have ever had. And must say this platform looked super cool.
I've been trying to connect to my shop for several days, but it’s still not working. The technical team hasn’t resolved the issue yet.
