Love this app. Initially tried the non-paid version but this version has some nice features that make it worth it in my opinion. This version of the app makes it easier to find and switch between products when you have many products to update. The import/export features are also a huge time-saver.

Very useful app. We have thousands of unique products each with many metafields per product. This app simply lets us manage them via csv, saving us the manhours of working with Shopify's API ourselves. Any issues we encountered were addressed almost immediately. Thank you Joe and the sinelabs team!

Very nice app for add custom input to back-end. It would be very nice in the future to support more type not just string and integer. But is very easy to use and well done. Support is great, and they will response to any questions...

This is an awesome app. This app will save lots of time and is already an asset to me in running my site. PLUS, I received first rate support from Chris who actually walked me through the basics with a Skype screen share. Great app + steller support = :-) If you have detailed product descriptions or info/specifications that apply to sub groups or only certain items, this is perfect for updating your site quickly via the CSV upload for newly created fields.

We used the first sineLABS Metafields app for about a year. We were worried to upgrade to Shopify2 because we thought it might screw up the Metafields app - which is the missing link needed for true Shopify customization. Just upgraded to Shopify2 and Metafelds2 and....all good. Joe from sineLABS has been a great help. If this app didn't exist, we wouldn't be using Shopify.

Metafields has been a staple addon for our business needs at AwesomeDrinks (as the demo video shows), it gives us the ability to build information for product video's, allows us to write general tweaks/scripts around product "variables" within specific products, list product ingredients without having to manage them in the "Description" of the product and product dimensions. This then allows us to move them around the template without having to be restricted to wherever the theme designer stuffed the text descriptions. Metafields basically gives me the power to do what I want to make my business look better, act better, and convert more sales because of those benefits.

The app works great, great improvements in usability over the previous version. For anyone wanting to take shopify to the next level this is a must have app. I use it to store meta data allowing custom made functions to call this data giving me the flexibility to make anything happen in shopify. We all know that limitations with shopify which make it great for anyone starting a store but for the people who want to make a more robust experience metafields2 pretty makes shopify limited only by your imagination.

The Gift A Feast website would not be possible without the Metafields app! We need to be able to detail contents of our gift baskets and introduce customers to our artisan producers and metafields have been the solution.

Metafields 2... What would we do without you? With this release, Joe has taken an indispensable Shopify app and made it even better. Many unique customizations of your store are possible when you save data in metafields. This app makes it easy to create these fields, store data in them, and change it later. What's more, Joe is a hands-on developer who is responsive to his customer's feedback. A must have for any serious Shopify store.

The app works great and the new version has an easy interface. With some creativity you can do tons of customizations in your store with the metafields. In our case we add some custom fields for books information and adapted our templates to display these informations in a proper manner.

We use metafields extensively in our theme. This app makes it easy and convenient to manage that data. For example, we use metafield data to communicate lead times for out-of-stock products. Other uses might be country of origin, or special handling instructions, or a quote from a happy customer. If you need to go beyond the basics, this app is highly recommended. Been using it since 1.0 very happily.
