Just downloaded the app using the free trial. I began to use the tutorial video to install the app, you are supposed to enable 2 Metastock apps on your theme. My theme only showed the one app. When I contacted support asking for guidance, they responded that they "didn't have time to build customization on the app" and they suggested I "uninstall the app before I got charged". Not sure how I was needing customization, I just don't think they wanted to assist me.

App is great when working, customer service needs major approving. App isn't currently working correctly and have been trying to contact them for over a week without any response, pretty poor form.

Top-Notch! This app works perfect - even if you don't have a shopify 2.0 theme. Robert's fast expertise and knowledge with theme code editing did the trick. Not to mention, the privacy policy is up to our standards. Don't delay - download today!

Not only is this app amazing, the developers went wayyyyyy out of their way to make it fit my template. They even wrote some custom code to make the styling match my theme. I don't write many reviews, but these guys deserve it! Thank you for an amazing product.
