App is great when working, customer service needs major approving. App isn't currently working correctly and have been trying to contact them for over a week without any response, pretty poor form.

Hello, I apologize for the communication issues. Were you using the contact form in the app to try and get ahold of us? If so, I want to look into it because we didn't see any tickets come in for your account.
