Just downloaded the app using the free trial. I began to use the tutorial video to install the app, you are supposed to enable 2 Metastock apps on your theme. My theme only showed the one app. When I contacted support asking for guidance, they responded that they "didn't have time to build customization on the app" and they suggested I "uninstall the app before I got charged". Not sure how I was needing customization, I just don't think they wanted to assist me.

App is great when working, customer service needs major approving. App isn't currently working correctly and have been trying to contact them for over a week without any response, pretty poor form.
