The team gave us an empathetic and thorough onboarding. The tech is solid and personalizable so that the look and feel is still on brand. Best is the insights, learning more and more about our customers motivations. It's AI but it's bringing out the human nature in our customers. Highly recommend.

We have been using the Microcommerce.AI shopping assistant for the past few months and it is helping guide customers to the right products when they are searching the site. The system takes advantage of all the product information, FAQ's and content you provide to generate relevant conversations that are genuinely helpful to a customer looking to learn more about your products. Reviewing the conversational data is helping us figure out what additional information we need to provide on the website to answer customer questions before they are escalated to the customer service. Microcommerce is always adding new features to the app that are helpful from the ability to add to the shopping cart from the conversation window to a set of helpful reports to review both positive and negative conversations so you know what is working and what you need to work on. I highly recommend using this app for any ecommerce store.
