LADYBUGLASHES review for MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

Really impressed with MIDA Fraud IP Blocker and their support. We had a huge amount of abnormal bot traffic hitting our Shopify store and the app made it incredibly easy to see exactly what was happening, including the IP addresses, providers, countries and whether each visitor was being blocked. A special thank you to Chloe, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She talked me through the bot detection settings and helped make sure genuine verified bots such as Googlebot were still allowed while suspicious traffic was blocked. I'm not particularly technical, so being able to actually see what is happening and have someone explain the settings clearly has been invaluable. Really impressed with both the app and the support behind it. Definitely recommend it for Shopify store owners dealing with unwanted or bot traffic.
