I installed the APP easily, it started working immediately - I saw a significant drop in fraudulent emails flowing through to my KLAVIYO account which saved me a lot of money since I was no longer paying for profiles that were useless. The team were very helpful whenever I contacted them to answer a question and they provided sound advice

Just installed MIDA Fraud IP Blocker for our UK luxury gifting store and the support from Alicia was outstanding. She responded immediately, offered to set up our protection rules directly, and was proactive in guiding us through the configuration. The app itself is powerful — real-time visitor analytics, country and bot blocking, and the free plan covers everything a small business needs to protect their store from fraudulent traffic. I've been using the MIDA Fraud & IP Blocker app for my store and it has been an excellent experience. The setup process was straightforward, and the app effectively blocks the unwanted traffic and suspicious IP addresses as intended. So far so good, just installed today. A few more tweaks and features might be useful (being able to filter yourself as an admin out of the analytics for example), but right now, seems pretty powerful for free!

I noticed some strange activity on my Shopify storefront that seemed to be bots activity. I conducted a search within the Shopify AI and it provide me with the MIDA app. I decided to chat with on of their reps, Chole. She was most helpful. Chole went above and beyond by providing me with the images of the steps needed to active the MIDA app within my store. I was so impressed her level of customer service, product solution knowledge and even educated me on the situation. I would definitely the app. Bravo MIDA!! I'm truly grateful to have been help by Chole!!!
