MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

Only had MIDA Fraud Filter installed for a short time so far, but it's working well. Easy to set up and does exactly what we need.

Love the app. It has been super useful from the start and essy to navigate. Also, I really appreciated the onboarding email that I received after installing it on the store.

I love this app. As a small business, I genuinely appreciate apps like this because I cannot afford the pricey ones out there. The ones I have tried were not simple. This one is simple, easy, and has a bunch of options!

Really easy to set up. Does everything we need it to do to reduce bots from overrseas clogging up our reporting.

Really impressed with MIDA Fraud IP Blocker and their support. We had a huge amount of abnormal bot traffic hitting our Shopify store and the app made it incredibly easy to see exactly what was happening, including the IP addresses, providers, countries and whether each visitor was being blocked. A special thank you to Chloe, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She talked me through the bot detection settings and helped make sure genuine verified bots such as Googlebot were still allowed while suspicious traffic was blocked. I'm not particularly technical, so being able to actually see what is happening and have someone explain the settings clearly has been invaluable. Really impressed with both the app and the support behind it. Definitely recommend it for Shopify store owners dealing with unwanted or bot traffic.

So far, this app has been fantastic and really insightful. After having hundreds of thousands of visits from bots, the analytics data started to become very skewed. Already, after just a few days a large amount of bots are being blocked. I've not even looked into it's order fraud filters yet.

i started to use Mida so far they are doing very well preventing VPN - Proxy and also they have fast support , very good so far thank you for Mida Support wish the best for you guys

I was getting a bunch of fraudulent orders from the checkout of my shopify store until I downloaded this app. It blocks all the bot traffic I was having out of no where. The support is very helpful, answers all my questions, and easy to contact.

The app support is a dream. Fast response, experienced team and always friendly and open to help. The app is easy to understand, doesn't make any issues and is exactly what we were looking for!

I downloaded the app and have been tracking for a week now and learning about the web traffic on my website. Seems to be doing what it should the more I learn. I would recommend.

After discovering an enormous amount of bot traffic hitting our Shopify store and completely distorting our analytics, I installed this app. Within hours, we could see MIDA identifying and blocking the suspicious traffic while still allowing legitimate visitors and verified bots through. After configuring the protection settings, traffic from the main source of the bot activity dropped by roughly 90% compared with the same hour the previous day. Visitor logs are especially helpful because I can see where traffic originates, the IP/provider, risk level, which rule was triggered, and whether the visitor was blocked or allowed. This gave me much more insight into what was actually going on than Shopify analytics alone. Setup is straightforward, the controls give you plenty of flexibility, and most importantly, it works. If you're dealing with bot traffic, or scraping, suspicious international traffic, or analytics being overwhelmed by automated session, this is absolutely worth installing.

So far so good, hopefully we see a lot less bot activity!
