So far so good, just installed today. A few more tweaks and features might be useful (being able to filter yourself as an admin out of the analytics for example), but right now, seems pretty powerful for free!

I noticed some strange activity on my Shopify storefront that seemed to be bots activity. I conducted a search within the Shopify AI and it provide me with the MIDA app. I decided to chat with on of their reps, Chole. She was most helpful. Chole went above and beyond by providing me with the images of the steps needed to active the MIDA app within my store. I was so impressed her level of customer service, product solution knowledge and even educated me on the situation. I would definitely the app. Bravo MIDA!! I'm truly grateful to have been help by Chole!!!

It was easy to set up and is blocking what we told it to. So it works well to block unwanted traffic. When we needed help, support went in to investigate for us, which is very responsive. It works to block unwanted traffic and support was helpful :)

Really impressed with the MIDA team. We needed a custom block page that matched our store's branding and they were super easy to work with - no back and forth, just got it done. The app itself is solid with great visitor analytics and smart bot detection, but honestly the support experience is what stood out. Felt like working with people who actually care about getting it right. Would definitely recommend.

Switched to MIDA from another blocker app and it's a huge upgrade. The bot detection is exactly what we needed - it whitelists verified search engine crawlers like Googlebot while still blocking suspicious traffic. Our previous app only had an all-or-nothing bot toggle, which was a real concern for SEO. MIDA gives you granular control over VPN, proxy, TOR, and bot blocking, plus the visitor analytics are detailed and easy to read. Setup was straightforward and the whitelist rule approach made configuring our geo-restrictions simple. Responsive support team as well. Highly recommend for any store that needs geo-blocking without sacrificing search engine visibility.
