Been using the app for a couple days now and so far so good! Easy to setup and create rules when needed. It's great to see the bots being blocked and where they are originating. The support has been great too, fast and informative information from their team.
Excellent Customer Service! Alicia, was quick to reply to my specific needs and helped as much as possible with what the app is capable of fixing. Very happy so far with this app.
It's been working great so far. I was getting a lot of fake customer accounts, but the app now filters them out automatically. It's made a noticeable difference and has saved us a lot of time.

The support from Lilian is amazing and she will go out of her way to help you the best she can. The first day I installed this app it blocked a fake order. I kept getting fraudulent orders that Shopify flagged as "low risk" despite having obvious risk markers. The Bot Protection on this app has, so far, stopped fraud orders from coming in, as well as helps prevent malicious scraping. Customer service has also been courteous and helpful.

I find it extremely useful to understand the breakdown of visitors to our website. Many visitors are really bots scanning our products for who knows what purpose. With the MIDA app these, and other suspicious visitors, can be blocked or redirected.
