MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

It’s a relief getting MIDA fraud filter. Before getting MIDA , we were concerned with hundreds of bots coming in from Singapore. It was a pleasure dealing with Sophie, willing to explain in detail and helped setting up our filters, which we were in a hurry to do , before even more bots came at us, so now we can pay attention to our marketing now, instead of concentrating on bots and their nefarious activities. My store was experiencing what appeared to be a card-testing attack, with repeated small purchases using changing names, emails and payment cards. MIDA support helped me get the protection configured, and within just a few hours it blocked the first fake order attempt. Their support has been very responsive and helpful throughout the setup. So far, I’m very impressed!

Cercavo una soluzione chirurgica che mi aiutasse a bloccare i malintenzionati senza penalizzare minimamente i miei clienti reali, in particolare quelli internazionali che navigano da dispositivi mobili o utilizzano browser protetti. MIDA ha superato ogni aspettativa. L'applicazione è incredibilmente intuitiva da configurare ma offre un livello di protezione potentissimo e granulare. Grazie alla possibilità di filtrare proxy, indirizzi IP ad alto rischio e di impostare regole di blocco mirate (senza bloccare le VPN o l'iCloud Private Relay dei nostri clienti su Safari), ho risolto il problema al 100% dal primo giorno di attivazione, azzerando i falsi positivi. Un plauso speciale va anche al team di supporto: competenti, rapidissimi e sempre disponibili a guidarti con gentilezza. Se avete un negozio su Shopify e volete dormire sonni tranquilli proteggendo il vostro checkout dalle frodi automatizzate, MIDA è senza dubbio la scelta migliore sul mercato. The customer service team is EXCELLENT and they truly help you with every detail. I feel much better after downloading this app because I had some suspicious activity on my store that I thought was already protected by Shopify alone. That was not the case. So hopefully this app will continue to be helpful.
