Great app. Alicia was a great help and explained many things for us. They work 24 hrs /6 days a wk. We were able to block a few IP addresses and a few last names and a few emails. Happy with the app.

This app is fantastic in the information it provides regarding store visitors, in addition to its store security features. The staff are also incredibly kind, hardworking, and diligent, showing patience and understanding with customers! MIDA is exactly what I needed to protect my store from bot traffic. The country blocking feature is simple to set up and works immediately. The support team (especially Lilian) is incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for any Shopify merchant dealing with suspicious traffic!

I just installed the app. Customer service was top notch. I found that this app gives more visibility to the bots that are infiltrating my store. I am able to identify and block each one which isn't available in other apps. I hope to see results soon.

Brilliant app! I was skeptical at first but this app really works. It has blocked bots from creating new accounts in my store and I have set it up to stop overseas customers. I am confident this will stop Chargeback Scams. Brilliant app that works efficiently behind the scenes to keep your store safe rom unwanted visitors. Thankyou!

Absolute Peace of Mind—A Must-Have for New Store Owners! I recently launched my Shopify store and was immediately hit with an influx of bots, which resulted in a fraudulent order.
