MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

So far it's seemingly easy to set up. Good customer service to help with any questions.

Just started using this app. the customer service has been good so far. keen to see if it reduces bot traffic

It is at the least blocking scammers from my store...and THAT IS SOMETHING!!!!!!! Have not had too much time with app but impressed for the most part!!!!!

I have only recently installed the app. So far I find it to be beneficial. I have yet to completely fiquire our how to prevent the bots from getting through to our 3rd party merchant center. I am working on that. That is a little confusing to me. I wish there were an easy way to get that done.

It is an excellent apps and we have been using it to block the spam-bot. Hope it will keep our website free from those spam-bot. The support team and technical team are helpful with quick response. Good job!

I like that this was built for Shopify. After chatting with Erik, I was easily able to set up the exact rule I needed. I also really like the Bot protection that they are currently working on. I have already noticed a difference in the amount of fake accounts being created on our page. Update to add: I am still seeing quite a few on my visitor page that are being allowed in, even after creating rules and blacklisting them.
