It worked from start, after around 1 or 2 weeks, it stopped working itself. Don't know what happened.

Despite checking the box to allow recommended bots such as google, etc, both merchants.google.com and Claude validated that MIDA is blocking web-crawlers, which prevents me from meeting specifications on merchants.google.com, because my contact page is not crawlable thanks, but no thanks, to midas

With the current checkbox settings, some variations of certain crawlers may not yet be fully covered (for example, there can be multiple types of Google-related bots beyond the current ones). I would give them zero stars if I could. After trying to set it up which took a while, it ended up denying access to even my current clients. All was set up with their team, and we were assured that all is done correctly on our site. However, we just found out that for several days, we made clients frustrated and angry and probably lost some of them for good. Be very very careful !

I waited for assistance for 8 hours. In the end, I had to make a scene, and even then they still couldn’t do anything. I only wanted to restrict access to certain countries - which is exactly what this application is supposed to be for - but I never managed to do it, even with their half-asleep “support.”
