I would give them zero stars if I could. After trying to set it up which took a while, it ended up denying access to even my current clients. All was set up with their team, and we were assured that all is done correctly on our site. However, we just found out that for several days, we made clients frustrated and angry and probably lost some of them for good. Be very very careful !

I waited for assistance for 8 hours. In the end, I had to make a scene, and even then they still couldn’t do anything. I only wanted to restrict access to certain countries - which is exactly what this application is supposed to be for - but I never managed to do it, even with their half-asleep “support.”
