I am tried to follow THIS developer TO put off the charge in Shopify But it’s impossible to found , the charge of $14 Mayra and company I don’t know why not answered this developer

Absolutely love Migratify! It is a lifesaver and a must-have tool. The features are fantastic and very practical, but the best part is the customer support. They are always there when you need them, offering quick and effective solutions. Highly recommended!

Support Sucks. They do NOT save Support Conversations like all other Apps and support . . Such as Shopify which ALL your support tickets are saved. Migratify just Deletes EVERYTHING.. So, if you had a Long support conversation and you want to go back and follow those steps? Forget it, its Gone! and no way to retrieve a long support conversation. *There's not even an email follow-up with a copy and/or link of the conversation, which a a basic standard with any customer support today. . Pathetic.
