Billed for whole month when installed at 8.12am and uninstalled at 1.32pm - this is attrocious

I understand how upsetting it is to be charged for an app you no longer use, and I sincerely apologize for the negative experience. I want to confirm that we have processed a full refund for your subscription charge. You should see the funds back in your account within 5-10 business days. To clarify, the charge was applied because our paid plan does not have a free trial. We know this isn't as clear as it should be, and we're taking your feedback seriously to improve this for new users.

Even having the purchased version doesn't import products from all websites, delayed response and poor support from developer. i would not recommend this app.

horrible. half of variants missing and prices were all over the place, adding a sale that I am not offering on my shopify
