Great experience with Migrate Pro, we have over 900 SKUs and all were transferred without issue, including orders, reviews and customer data too - we would highly recommend working with them for a smooth migration. Customer service was excellent, and Lamiya in particular was highly effective and responsive in answering queries.

This app made what should have been a painful migration surprisingly smooth. We moved a large set of data from WooCommerce to Shopify, including orders, customers, and products, and everything came over clean with minimal issues. What really stands out is the support team. They’re fast, knowledgeable, and actually stay with you until things are done right—not just generic responses. That alone makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with complex data. The tool handles edge cases well (multi-store setups, historical orders, etc.), and you can tell it’s built for real-world migrations, not just simple stores. If you’re on the fence—don’t be. This saves time, reduces risk, and honestly removes a lot of the stress from switching platforms. Highly recommend.

Shams has been absolutely amazing with support – always available, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. The app itself does what it promises and works well for store migrations. The only downside is that it can become quite expensive, and there are some additional costs that aren’t immediately obvious (for example, Smart Updates being billed separately). Aside from that, the functionality is solid and the support team is excellent – just be aware that the total cost may end up higher than initially expected.

I'm Heather and I'm the dev working on the migration for She's Rooted Home. So far, I've been very pleased with MigrationPro. I'm still in the process of working on this WordPress/WooCommerce migration for this extremely active store, and we've only done the demo. But I am a WordPress expert and a Shopify noob, so I'm having to learn it all along the way. MP has been extremely helpful and very patient with me so far, as I learn Shopify during this process. It's not their job to help me learn Shopify, but they have been kind with me! The demo went very successfully and everything came over perfectly and all the redirects are there, which are supremely important for this client. When I do the real thing, I will likely create another five star review. Thank you MigrationPro!

First off, I am a completely new user about an hour into this Shopify thing when Sidekick recommended this app according to my setup. After some fumbling around on my own, the developer's quick response to support (even after hours) was a game changer. My migration was complete within minutes and with hardly any effort on my part once I fumbled my way through the process (all ignorance on my end of course) I highly recommend this app and the fees were worth the transfer. I used this app after trying 5 different apps to migrate from Woo commerce to Shopify. Some of them would not even load the page while others were giving connection problems. Migrate pro was real fast and the support ready at hand. The process to use it was smooth, problem solving was also quick. The only reason to give a 1 star less is the pricing. My data size was very small It would have been nice to have paid lesser. I feel the charges I paid for such small data size was quite high, other than that no complaints.

We used MP - Store Migration & Import to move our WooCommerce store over to Shopify and I am really glad we went with this team. Support was very responsive, clear, and on top of things the whole way through. They went above and beyond to handle the details, kept me updated, and got everything moved over without any real issues. In the end, the most important part is that they simply got it done. If you want your migration handled properly without a lot of follow-up and hassle, I would definitely recommend this app and their team.

Nous avons utilisé Migration Pro pour une migration de Prestashop vers Shopify et l'expérience a été excellente. Nous avons eu un petit souci pendant la migration, rien de grave, mais le service client a été absolument incroyable. Réactivité, efficacité, compréhension immédiate du problème : tout a été géré très rapidement alors qu'ils allaient partir en vacances, et avec un vrai sens du service. Franchement, c'est rare d'avoir un support aussi présent et impliqué, surtout sur une étape aussi critique qu'une migration. Un énorme plus pour le support client, je recommande à 100 % sans hésiter!!

Migration Pro went above and beyond, helping to migrate my data from SquareSpace to Shopify. I had a complicated situation with my products needing to keep the order in which they were put into Square Space. Migration pro helped make that possible.
