Servizio davvero incredibile. Avevo una migrazione molto complessa da WooCommerce, con tantissime personalizzazioni e problematiche particolari, e la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata l’assistenza umana dietro tutto il processo. Non il classico supporto automatico o lento: qui ho trovato persone competenti, sempre disponibili praticamente h24, che mi hanno aiutato a customizzare ogni dettaglio della migrazione in base alle mie esigenze. Ogni volta che c’era un problema o una richiesta specifica, ricevevo risposte rapide e soluzioni concrete. Mi hanno seguito passo dopo passo fino a quando tutto non è stato perfetto, e grazie al loro supporto la migrazione è andata senza intoppi. Davvero raro trovare un livello di assistenza così alto oggi. Grande professionalità, pazienza infinita e supporto tecnico di altissimo livello. Super consigliati.

We’ve just completed our 4th migration with migrationpro, and once again the experience was excellent. This time, we moved from PrestaShop to Shopify, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. What really stands out is their support: they don’t just guide you, they actively check the migration themselves, identify issues, and fix them proactively. We’ve had an outstanding experience with Migration Pro. We successfully imported over 5,000 products into our store seamlessly, along with all associated data, without any major issues. Their support team is absolutely fantastic — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. No problem is ever too much trouble for them, and they go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. What really stood out for us is their custom development work. It’s clearly very well thought out and expertly executed, which made a big difference for our more complex requirements. They’ve been a complete lifesaver throughout our migration process. We’ve tried other solutions in the past, but Migration Pro is by far the best we’ve used. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with the support team. Lamiya was very helpful, clear, and quick in answering all my questions about the migration process. Moved from Squarespace - Migration Pro did a thorough job problem solving how to import orders without SKU's. Lamiya handled all my queries promptly and professionally, which made a big difference during the trickier parts of the migration. If you're switching platforms and dealing with imperfect data (like missing SKUs or Squarespace-specific quirks), their team is patient and effective at finding workable solutions. Highly recommended for anyone who needs more than just a basic automated import.

Great experience with Migrate Pro, we have over 900 SKUs and all were transferred without issue, including orders, reviews and customer data too - we would highly recommend working with them for a smooth migration. Customer service was excellent, and Lamiya in particular was highly effective and responsive in answering queries.
This was a fun one for us 😊 Handling a catalog that size always keeps things interesting, really glad everything landed cleanly on your side. And Lamiya will be happy to hear this!

This app made what should have been a painful migration surprisingly smooth. We moved a large set of data from WooCommerce to Shopify, including orders, customers, and products, and everything came over clean with minimal issues. What really stands out is the support team. They’re fast, knowledgeable, and actually stay with you until things are done right—not just generic responses. That alone makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with complex data. The tool handles edge cases well (multi-store setups, historical orders, etc.), and you can tell it’s built for real-world migrations, not just simple stores. If you’re on the fence—don’t be. This saves time, reduces risk, and honestly removes a lot of the stress from switching platforms. Highly recommend.

Shams has been absolutely amazing with support – always available, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. The app itself does what it promises and works well for store migrations. The only downside is that it can become quite expensive, and there are some additional costs that aren’t immediately obvious (for example, Smart Updates being billed separately). Aside from that, the functionality is solid and the support team is excellent – just be aware that the total cost may end up higher than initially expected.

Just to clarify one point, Smart Updates themselves are not charged separately. In some cases, additional costs can come up when specific custom requests are needed that Shopify doesn’t support through the standard migration process. When that happens, we always review and confirm everything in advance. We completely understand how this can sometimes feel unexpected, so your feedback is genuinely helpful for us to improve how we communicate these details. I'm Heather and I'm the dev working on the migration for She's Rooted Home. So far, I've been very pleased with MigrationPro. I'm still in the process of working on this WordPress/WooCommerce migration for this extremely active store, and we've only done the demo. But I am a WordPress expert and a Shopify noob, so I'm having to learn it all along the way. MP has been extremely helpful and very patient with me so far, as I learn Shopify during this process. It's not their job to help me learn Shopify, but they have been kind with me! The demo went very successfully and everything came over perfectly and all the redirects are there, which are supremely important for this client. When I do the real thing, I will likely create another five star review. Thank you MigrationPro! Updated review: We just completed the real migration, and I'd give MigrationPro 100 stars if I could! They've been so helpful, and I ordered the self-migrate option, so they really didn't owe me that. I ran into an issue with my product data because I didn't know there were 20 placeholder products in the DB, that I couldn't see and didn't want to migrate. Well, to make a long story short, not all my products originally came over because of a DB manipulation I did after the demo migration. But, support was able to sort it all out, migrate the remaining products and all the tens of thousands of orders and customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MIGRATION PRODUCT! Great support, and a really great product. Thank you so much!!

First off, I am a completely new user about an hour into this Shopify thing when Sidekick recommended this app according to my setup. After some fumbling around on my own, the developer's quick response to support (even after hours) was a game changer. My migration was complete within minutes and with hardly any effort on my part once I fumbled my way through the process (all ignorance on my end of course) I highly recommend this app and the fees were worth the transfer.
