We used this app to move our website from Wix to Shopify, and honestly, it’s way better than other migration apps we checked on the Shopify App Store. It offers so many more options at a much better price. Plus, their customer support is amazing – they really take care of you and solve issues right away!

Software very easy to use. I had a problem during the migration for an error in my website, and the support team helped me Inmeadiately. Was great. They was always concerned about the migration, even before the problem. All the migration was done and very secure. I could migrate all the information of my prestashop from 2011. Around 16.000 records of customers and sales, and also all the products. Totally recommended.

We opted for their whiteglove service and cannot recommend it highly enough. The team were very responsive and helpful. They were happy to do as many migrations with as many tweaks as necessary to get us from WooCommerce to Shopify smoothly. Not having to do it all ourselves saved us so much time, money and stress. I've just migrated my ecommerce site from Wix to Shopify and couldn't face the pain staking time it would take to manually set up all the products again, as well as lose the order and customer info. After a bit of searching around, I opted for Migration Pro to do the work for me. I did explore other options but felt they were either too expensive or too restrictive. For example, other applications would restrict you to doing your original migration, and then only give you either limited time, or limited reruns if you wanted to move over any changed info. Migration Pro didn't put me under any pressure, in fact their team have continually checked in with me to offer any advice or help whilst I configured my new site with the original migration data. I then was able to rerun the migration once my site was built, around 2 or 3 weeks later. Everything moved over as I needed, all customers, orders, products, discount codes and if I chose any other migration variations, that took place as well. Once thing I couldn't do was take across my Wix product ID's and retain them for Shopify although Migration Pro did offer to do some development to include it in a metafield but I declined that in the end. All in all, very pleased with the product, and a call out to Shams, one of their customer facing team who was always available to help or advise me as I went along, whether reactively or proactively. Would use Migration Pro again and would recommend.

I did book the All-In-One Migration for my products. Everthing was handled very professionally. First a call to speak about my expectations and my data. And then the MigrationPro Team handled everything. The migration is now exactly how I expected it to be. Good Job :-)

We're in the process of moving 1500 items from Wix to Shopify, and Shams has been super helpful throughout the whole process whether it's troubleshooting, making updates or adjustments, or answering any question we might have. We've yet to migrate our customers and orders but I have no doubt the process will be smooth sailing with Shams and MigrationPro. Thanks so much!

I can’t believe how simple this was. I delayed switching over my Squarespace website to shopify for so long - if only I knew how easy it could be! I was chatting to Shams who was efficient and talked me through any specific questions I had with my product migration. Overall I can’t fault this service. It was fast and had incredible real time customer service. All of my products and variations went across smoothly which saved me countless hours of doing it manually. Very happy!

Great app and great customer support! I was able to successfully migrate my data from Wix to Shopify. I encountered a couple issues along the way that Shams and the team were able to assist me with in a prompt and professional manner.
