Working with Mimeeq has been an ideal experience for us. They are efficient, organized, helpful, and conscientious. We had a mess of a product configurator through a different provider that didn't function well, and they took it over, cleaned it up, made it look better, run faster, and make more sense. Mimeeq also gave us more options for integration into the website so that our customers have an easy navigation experience. They had helpful suggestions and great problem solving ideas to make everything function as we had hoped. Very highly recommended.

After meeting with, and evaluating five different 3D configurator companies, we chose Mimeeq to model our full product range and develop an interactive 3D configurator for integration across our three Shopify stores. It’s been an excellent partnership from the start. The quality of their 3D models exceeded our expectations—Mimeeq went above and beyond, refining drafts even when we were already satisfied. Their attention to detail is matched by their customer service: training has been clear and effective, and their support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Implementation was smooth and transparent. We were given access to a dedicated Monday.com board, which laid out the entire roadmap of the project and gave us full visibility into the process at every stage. The configurator itself is powerful yet easy to use. It offers advanced functionality around pricing and product customisation, which has made a real impact across our sales process. Since launch, feedback from both internal teams and customers has been overwhelmingly positive. A 3D configurator has been on our wishlist for years—partnering with Mimeeq to finally bring it to life was absolutely the right decision.

We have use Mimeeeq to create a custom tile designer / tile colouriser tool on our shopify website and its excellent. We found the team - in particular Neal, Alekasandra and Mario - to be incredibly professional and efficient. I would highly recommend their product, and their service levels.
