Excellent company with awesome people. Their 3D configurator is great for anyone that wants a good 3D experience. Where it really shines is when options and customization is very complex. We have thousands of models and options and it's super fast and just works. We struggled to find a platform that would work for us and we lucked out finding these guys. 10/10

The product Mimeeq offers and the solution they deliver is absolutely fantastic. The builder for the our product looks amazing. Like truly stunning. On top of this, the Shopify integration was so quick and easy. It is also really straightforward to make updates on the integration. I have done 20+ Shopify app integrations and this is not the norm. Usually there are lots of issues to work out. Mimeeq really is best-in-class. Lastly, the Mimeeq team is incredibly attentive to support questions. We were looking for a powerful, modern and flexible 3D configurator to handle a large variety of options for our product. After reading the other reviews about Mimeeq, we decided to get in touch with them. After completing the setup process with them, the configurator was already set up very well out of the box with no major changes being required. Due to it being very flexible, it can sometimes be a little confusing, but between the support team and the help documentation, any minor changes that were still required were easily implemented. We were surprised to receive a "post-go-live review process" mail from them, where they had a look at product page, configurator, and cart settings, and made suggestions on where things could be improved. They had also created an improved copy of the configurator that could be made live with the click of a few buttons, pending our approval. This was just one instance of many where they went above and beyond for us. If you are a new company with an untested market then the cost of entry can be daunting, but if you want your configurator done right and want to know that the developers behind it is there to support you and will listen to your feedback and unique feature requests, then the costs are more than justified.

Having spent 12 months searching for a configurator that did everything we needed, we finally found it! The app itself is great, handling all our requests and the support from their team is amazing.
