Working with Mimeeq has been an ideal experience for us. They are efficient, organized, helpful, and conscientious. We had a mess of a product configurator through a different provider that didn't function well, and they took it over, cleaned it up, made it look better, run faster, and make more sense. Mimeeq also gave us more options for integration into the website so that our customers have an easy navigation experience. They had helpful suggestions and great problem solving ideas to make everything function as we had hoped. Very highly recommended.

After meeting with, and evaluating five different 3D configurator companies, we chose Mimeeq to model our full product range and develop an interactive 3D configurator for integration across our three Shopify stores. We have use Mimeeeq to create a custom tile designer / tile colouriser tool on our shopify website and its excellent. We found the team - in particular Neal, Alekasandra and Mario - to be incredibly professional and efficient. I would highly recommend their product, and their service levels.

We would definitely recommend this app. It helps us display and promote our product range much easier as it gives us a live product update from our manufacturer to our site in terms of stock and product variations. Neal and the team have been very helpful, getting us setup very quickly and answering any inquiries we had. The app is very easy to use.

The product Mimeeq offers and the solution they deliver is absolutely fantastic. The builder for the our product looks amazing. Like truly stunning. On top of this, the Shopify integration was so quick and easy. It is also really straightforward to make updates on the integration. I have done 20+ Shopify app integrations and this is not the norm. Usually there are lots of issues to work out. Mimeeq really is best-in-class. Lastly, the Mimeeq team is incredibly attentive to support questions. This made us feel safe and confident to move forward with our integration.

We were looking for a powerful, modern and flexible 3D configurator to handle a large variety of options for our product. After reading the other reviews about Mimeeq, we decided to get in touch with them. After completing the setup process with them, the configurator was already set up very well out of the box with no major changes being required. Due to it being very flexible, it can sometimes be a little confusing, but between the support team and the help documentation, any minor changes that were still required were easily implemented. We were surprised to receive a "post-go-live review process" mail from them, where they had a look at product page, configurator, and cart settings, and made suggestions on where things could be improved. They had also created an improved copy of the configurator that could be made live with the click of a few buttons, pending our approval. This was just one instance of many where they went above and beyond for us. If you are a new company with an untested market then the cost of entry can be daunting, but if you want your configurator done right and want to know that the developers behind it is there to support you and will listen to your feedback and unique feature requests, then the costs are more than justified.

If you are looking for a 3D product configurator that has literally every option you can think of. Mimeeq is the right fit for you. We've tried dozens of product configurators before we eventually came across Mimeeq. Where most configurators are limited in their options and fall short when it comes to support. Mimeeq sets a new standard. The team guided us through the set up and made sure everything was perfect (in terms of Design, Usability, Functionality and even the 3D models). Next to that Mimeeq doesn't break the bank. The monthly subscription is affordable, the set-up cost are very small and there is no revenue percentage. We are very happy to work with Mimeeq and highly recommend it if you want level-up the online shopping experience for your customers.

Coming from 10 years of generic customizers, word press websites etc. This is the only app that has never failed us. I've used EVERY customizer out there and I mean EVERY one of them. Mimeeq is lightyears ahead on every level. The advanced rules, customization features and the fact that it just "works" has completely changed the game for us. Also, coming from 2D to 3D was a lot cheaper that I anticipated and the mimeeq team created some unique solutions just for us. Our conversions and order value has jumped substantially and I have had zero down time with mimeeq. I want to mention the load times as well being a concern for me, that has been put to rest as the load times are much faster than other Shopify customizers. I will never switch from mimeeq. 10/10 Support team that held my hand through the entire process.

Mimeeq is more than just a Shopify App, we tought we had tried all of the major apps including non Shopify Apps as well. We've tried over 10 different configurators (and some we implemented by ourselfs when they didn't had a Shopify integration). Mimeeq is the first 3D configurator company that literally checks every box we need. Besides the super fast support we also can do everything by ourselfs. Also everything feels very robust where most 3D configurator apps feel buggy, are slow or are simply very hard to understand. Nothing more then love for these guys, would recommend it to everyone. (Besides all of the stuff I'm mentioning, they also have a very good pricing, especially when you look at what you get for it.)
