I am new to Shopify so I needed help to get this app going and the response was fantastic! Although, I haven't used the app in production yet, my initial thoughts are extremely positive, both about the functionality of the app and the support from the developer!

Very easy to integrate and maintain. The support is really, really fast and they could solve our problem like i a minute!

The app is new, but it works very well and very user-friendly. Chatbox is very responsive and helpful. Love this app especially for no re-direct to app page! I can do everything in my admin portal with no hassel :)
