Good Simple and cheap way of minnimising image size and editing alt tags. Note due to the large number of images on my site this was a big task to review and edit the alt tags. Don't tick alt tag update if you have already edited alt tags as this overwrites what was previously there. Found very helpful when contacted. Easy quick and good - thanks

Brilliant! Image quality is especially important to us as a site selling premium quality wall art based on Scott's photographs. To be able to reduce image size but in a lossless way is critical. Minifier was able to do this quickly across all our product images with a very easy to use interface. We'll be using this app again as our store continues to grow and amend product images. Happily recommend to others.

Does the job to an extent. I assumed that it would always optimise the images. In some cases I found that some images ended up larger than what I had before :/ . There should be some way to void any images that are larger after 'optimisation'.

WARNING: Running Minifier will break your images on Internet Explorer. There are some image formats that don't work correctly in IE. Just do a google search and you will see 100's of results about this. Here is one such article on Stack Overflow: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1204288/jpeg-shows-in-firefox-but-not-ie8 We are having to go back now and manually update all our images so our site works again in IE. Total pain in the $&@
