Mira Virtual Try‑On

Absolutely LOVE Mira. We were one of the first NZ dress rental businesses to start using it and the response from our customers has been amazing. It’s such a fun addition to our website and our customers genuinely use and love it. What has impressed me just as much as the product itself has been the team behind it. Terry has been incredible to deal with. He’s genuinely interested in understanding our business and the rental industry, incredibly receptive to feedback, and has actually implemented changes and new features based on the conversations we’ve had. As a size inclusive business, I also had questions early on about how well it would work for curvier and plus size bodies. Terry showed me examples and talked me through the testing they’d done across different sizes, which gave me so much confidence in Mira before we even made it public to our customers. The virtual try on itself is bloody clever, but the addition of size recommendations, individual garment fit notes and the retailer analytics makes it so much more than just a fun website feature. Mira is constantly improving and it’s very obvious that the people behind it genuinely care about making it valuable for both retailers and their customers. Very excited to see where it goes from here and would absolutely recommend it!
