Very disappointing experience. Our company moved forward with this developer based on agreed expectations, timelines, and ongoing communication surrounding a critical business launch before Web Summit Vancouver 2026. Near the final stage, new charges and changed expectations were introduced unexpectedly, despite the project already being in progress. The issue was never the amount requested. The issue was professionalism, reliability, and business ethics during a critical delivery period. Because of how the situation was handled, we lost confidence in the company completely and decided to terminate the collaboration immediately. We are now formally reviewing the entire matter internally, including the project handling, communication history, and agreement process. Businesses considering this company should make sure every single detail is locked in writing from day one, including pricing, revisions, delivery obligations, ownership rights, and support expectations. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

This is the second month I’m paying $25, and I still can’t get any customer support. Truly disappointing. Shame on you for leaving your users without help. I can’t wait to switch to another multivendor app.
