Si vous avez des questions, ne vous attendez pas à une réponse... Personne ne réponds. Ils encaissent mais aucun sav... Problème de paramétrage.

Ca fait plus d'une semaine que j'attends que ma conseillère réponde à mes relances de mails concernant un problème de connexion d'API. Je suis très déçue du service client pour les professionnels. J'entendais plus de professionnalisme et de réactivité de la part de Mondial Relay.
