I need more experience with this app to be certain of it's reliability and how the features / functions work but so far so good. The support staff have been highly responsive when they're open and are kind, courteous and willing to test and demonstrate using video recordings how to help you see what is going on with your Monk/app specific issues on your website.

They're great! Have had to work out a few kinks, but the support is always really speedy and extremely helpful. I don't think a support chat has ever been as helpful as this one. Any issues you have, just reach out and they'll answer all your questions. Haven't had any major qualms with the app so far, so I'd recommend it!

Visually the app looks good and offers enough customization. The support was very helpful and responsive. I definitely appreciate their collaborative approach. The process of setting up the app and making everything work was a little hindered due to Shopify server-side problems. Nevertheless, the support team has managed to help me out and made an effort to make my offer work as intended. Unfortunately, I was unable to utilize all of the functionalities of the app and couldn't find some features I was specifically looking for so had to keep looking out in the app store. If offered features are what you need, I highly recommend Monk. I have managed to generate a few hundred dollars of additional revenue during the trial period using free gift milestone offer.

rubbish apps .. charge me money,...... I never use it apps and just install charge me $ dollar.... rubbish apps ...try to scam us.

Great Support via live chat or email. Big fan of this app as I initially downloaded for it's cross sell funnels, however I was able to replace a couple other apps with Monk which also saved me money!

Monk Cross sell app has been vital for allowing us to grow our monthly sales, we have tried several apps but none perform as well as Monk Cross sell. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to increase their AOV and ultimately their sales
