The customer service is extremely poor. They keep you waiting for hours and ask you to add them as a collaborator account. Then, they request permissions to access orders and steal customer information, including their email addresses and phone numbers, during the time you’re waiting for them to fix the issue. They failed to resolve the problem, which was that the gift discount couldn't be applied correctly. The app also caused issues on the site, including confusing redirects that disrupted visitors and constant refreshes when adding products to the cart, significantly slowing down the website's performance.
