First time setting up an offer and it was very straightforward, but I just had some clarification issues and Faizan was right there with the answers. Quick, Clear and Helpful. Very impressed with him and how the app actually works!!

Absolutely insane customer experience with MONK. Had a completely broken gift feature in my cart — clearly some technical mess on the backend. Expected the usual support nightmare… but nope. These guys jumped in immediately, diagnosed it fast, and fixed it ridiculously quickly. No back-and-forth, no excuses, no wasting time. Just sharp, competent execution. This is what elite-level support actually looks like — fast, technical, and effective. If you're running e-commerce and not using MONK, you're probably leaving money on the table. Respect.

I had an issue with a transparent checkout popup, i reached out to monk and within the hour I received support and a google link to book my virtual walkthrough/solution. Kirtha helped me out and was so intelligent and quick on where to go and what set up to change to allow my feature to work. Monk has been a very useful app for me, and with this great customer service, i rate it 5/5

The app is super simple to use (I'm reasonably new to this kind of tech) and has so much functionality - so many options and perfect for what we need as a growing brand. Their livechat was extremely helpful and so quick and responsive! Huge shout out to Jay for being so hands on and proactive. Questions answered within minutes!
