Love using the Monk app. It has definitely brought us more revenue, and our free item offers and bulk pricing have been a huge hit with our customers.
Have tried SO many promo apps over 11 years on the Shopify platform but have settled on Monk for the huge variety of promo types and easy setup - they also don't take a percentage of your sales (unlike others). And a shout out to the support and dev teams for a quick turnaround of issues. Thanks guys! Cheers, Ben
Very helpful support and fast to respond to technical investigatons
There is a bit of a user learning curve with the product itself, but the support staff is super helpful and responsive when you do run into any issues.
Special thanks to the support team for their quick responses and professional assistance. They made the setup process simple and stress-free.

Given the price of the app, I thought customer support would be able to help us, but no. No one was willing to help me set up the progress bar. No enthusiasm, no motivation, I definitely do not recommend this app, especially considering the price and the features it offers. Don't waste your time.
