Even when the app is de-activated and not in use, they will charge you almost $500 USD. Really poor experience.
There seems to have been an error in our system which considered the app to be active on your site for the past few months. We apologize that you were billed even though you did not make use of the app. Please see the e-mail we've written to you - we are going to process a 100% refund right away.

Unfortanately the apps falls short of what we expected, we cannot recommend this app, very difficult to use and pricing is confusing.

This app is very slow, settings are confusing, we had an incredibly difficult time trying to set this up.

=== DON'T INSTALL THIS APP === Warning: Avoid downloading or trying this app! I subscribed, paid, and gained no benefit from my subscription to this app it was a total loss. The customer service is extremely poor. They keep you waiting for hours and ask you to add them as a collaborator account. Then, they request permissions to access orders and steal customer information, including their email addresses and phone numbers, during the time you’re waiting for them to fix the issue. They failed to resolve the problem, which was that the gift discount couldn't be applied correctly. The app also caused issues on the site, including confusing redirects that disrupted visitors and constant refreshes when adding products to the cart, significantly slowing down the website's performance.
1. The merchant uninstalled the app during their free trial and did not pay for the app (the usual 7 day free trial was extended by 7 more days upon request) 2. We requested for collaborator access to their store for 2 reasons: a. Some of their orders did not recieve the free gift with purchase as intended and our team was asked to investigate the matter. No data was stored or stolen as the merchant claims. We follow extremely strict data privacy practices and are GDPR as well as Shopify compliant. We can share the app's privacy policy upon request. b. The store's theme was interfering with the app applying discounts and we requested to take a look at their theme code to identify the root cause but the app was uninstalled before we could find a resolution. I urge the reader of this review to go through any of the other 500+ reviews as evidence that these claims are false and inaccurate.

The support team has been extremely responsive, but are of little to no help. I have asked them for support many times in an attempt to get a discount setup, and they are happy to walk me through the setup, but it doesn't actually achieve the result I had asked for. i.e If you want to offer a buy one get one 50% off with multiple product choices, you can not do that. If you set it up in their system, it lets the customer "Buy one, get ALL of these products at 50% off" and they can purchase as many of those items as they want at 50% off. The app does work, however the customer service really does not listen to your needs which ends up wasting your time.
