I am impressed with this app so far. I set up a tiered free gift selector and it worked exactly how I expected it to. Had to contact support for an issue but they replied immediately and quickly solved my issue. Looking forward to using the cross-sell function to help with AOV.

Monk's customer support is top quality. I was dealing with one of their agents, Ravish, and he was extremely helpful, patient and kind. Great team and experience!

I have only had this app for 1/2 day but I am extremely happy! Ravish helped me figure out why the app wasn't working in my cart and it was pretty fast. I started a chat and he responded within seconds. I highly recommend Monk Free!

Only have been using the app few weeks but can say that it has all the great features you need to get higher sales. Thanks for the quick and friendly support as well. Definitely worth it!

Monk was easy to install and the integrations to customize the app to fit our website's aesthetic were seamless. I was able to add everything according to our brand guidelines, including special fonts and colors. Ravish was also super helpful and responsive while we were running tests to make sure the app works on mobile & web. I would definitely recommend the app to other digital specialists such as myself.

Great app, and great support. Thank you Priyasha for your help. For a store with a few orders the price is absolutely fine, but up to 1001 orders, it's quite expensive. Anyway, it works and really helps in order bumps and other functionalities.

So far the app works great, I look forward to exploring all aspects that this app has to offer. I'm using it to provide free gifts for Black Friday, and so far it's great. I love that I can run multiple gifts for different price brackets at the same time! What's even more amazing is the customer service. I was struggling with some aspects of the app and having it work as I had envisioned, and Jay replied to my message on a Sunday! Not only did he reply, and help walk me through the different options, he got on a video call with me help make the process that much easier. I mean, that's the best customer service I've come across. I certainly didn't expect anyone to be able to help me on the weekend never mind go out of their way to make sure everything was set up perfectly. Thank you Jay! Your help today was just amazing, and I'm so grateful.
