Super fast support! I had an issue when setting up a free gift and it took about 5min and the support advised how to get it up and running. Excellent!

Just downloaded this app because I was looking for the exact features it carries. I wanted an app that could not only create a "Cart progress bar" but also offer discounts and/or free gifts to customers based on their cart value, on a tiered basis, and based on what we wanted to offer as a free gift from our store. Not only does this app do exactly that, but it offers other really cool customizable features too - this apps a must! Furthermore, Jay from live chat support was brilliant! I encountered a little problem (due to my setup - not the app), and he was able to eliminate the causes and resolve my issue. Not only did I learn about the app along the way, but Jay was able to fix my issue whilst improving my funnels, keeping them on brand. I HIGHLY recommend Monk - you will NOT be disappointed, and you can count on the support team - super professional and knowledgeable! Thank you again, Jay!

This is a great app functionally. Super easy to implement and blends well with your code. The support team is amazing. However, they could also implement dollar discounts instead of %.

So far we have not encountered any issues. The application has been running smoothly with no problem with integration and the team has been very accommodating with all our inquiries a plus for stellar customer service! Something that you need to consider.
